Policy

When purchasing products online or in-store as the customer you agree to the following terms & conditions: Refunds are not available on any products or services. Sale products and services can not be exchanged for any other product or service. Pre-paid services have an 18 month validity (unless otherwise stated), therefore must be redeemed within this period. Prior to purchasing any product or service, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the product or service is suitable for you - please contact us if you are unsure. Gift cards have a validity period of 3 years from the purchase date and can not be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation terms & conditions: Customers may be asked to pay a non-refundable "booking fee" to secure an appointment. This Booking fee is payable upon making the appointment and is strictly non-refundable. The fee will be forfeited if the customer cancels or reschedules the appointment with less than 48 hours notice. If the customer cancels or reschedules the appointment with more than 48 hours notice, the booking fee paid will be used towards the new booking. If the customer chooses not to rebook, the paid booking fee will be placed as a credit on the customers account for future use, or can be transferred to someone else or can be used as a gift card to be redeemed at a later date. Should a customer have a pre-paid service on file and cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or not attend (no show) an appointment, the pre-paid session will be forfeited and made void. If a customer does not have a pre-paid service on file and fails to give 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee of $50 may be payable.
