Refund Policy

When purchasing products online or in-store,
as the customer you agree to the following terms & conditions:

 

Refunds are not available on any products or services. Sale products and services can not be exchanged for any other product or service. Pre-paid services have a 12 month validity (unless otherwise stated), therefore must be redeemed within this period. Prior to purchasing any product or service, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the product or service is suitable for you - please contact us if you are unsure. Gift cards have a validity period of 3 years from the purchase date and can not be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions:

Customers are required to pay a non-refundable $50 Booking Fee to secure an appointment. This Booking Fee is payable upon making the appointment and is strictly non-refundable. The fee will be forfeited if the customer cancels or makes changes to the appointment with less than 48 hours notice. If the customer cancels or makes changes to the existing appointment with more than 48 hours notice, the booking fee paid will be carried over and used towards the new booking. If the customer chooses not to rebook, the paid booking fee will be placed as a credit on the customers account for future use, or the customer can use the $50 credit to purchase a product or service for future us. Alternatively, the credit can be transferred to someone else or can be used as a gift card to be redeemed at a later date. Should a customer have a pre-paid service on file and cancels or makes changes to an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or not attend (no show) an appointment, the pre-paid session will be forfeited (lost) or incur a $50 fee - whichever is of lesser value.
